Also known as “Month of Coordination”, this service is ideal for the couple who wants to feel carefree and fully present at their wedding. This means you’ve already secured your vendors, but you’re ready to hand off all the logistics and final details to someone else.
We’ll step in one to two months before your wedding to manage the vendor communication, your wedding day timeline, and most of all, ensure you have a seamless wedding day from start to finish!

Your wedding team will depend on the package you book with us as well as the other logistics of your day. However, we’ll make sure that you know exactly who we will provide vs. the staff you may have to provide during the planning journey!
How many staff will you have at our wedding?
We love it when families get excited about your special day! While we appreciate their input, we also want to make sure that your wedding day is a representation of you two. And no one knows yourselves better than… well, yourselves! So while we can consider some of their opinions, we also won’t let that distract you from what you want.
Do you work with family members too? Our parents are eager to be involved in the wedding planning process!
Yes. An onsite coordinator handles all management and logistics for the venue including catering, bar, and venue staff. Wedding planners handle every other aspect of your wedding day. We love working with venue coordinators — we become a super team to ensure you have a flawless day!
My venue provides an onsite coordinator. Do I still need a full-service wedding planner?
We recommend at least 12 months out. For multi-day events, destination locations, or large-scale events, we recommend 16-24 months out.
