As you probably know by now, planning a wedding is no easy feat. It involves more than choosing the right dress or deciding whom to invite. Design is also a crucial element of wedding planning. But how exactly does one “design” a day as special as a wedding? How different is wedding design from wedding planning? And do you really need to hire a wedding designer?

We’ve experienced a lot of blush pastel in the past couple years and instead of a blush, we are going to see more rose tones or muted beige pinks. Instead of just white accents for this theme more sandstone, cream, mocha and muddy pinks will be used.

Planning and styling this bridal shower styled shoot was such a dream come true for me.  Honestly, if I could go back and do my own wedding prep again, I would 100% plan this for myself! Amazing food, best friends, fancy party dresses and a side of bubbly – yes please!
